Asian Science and Technology Seminar

From fiscal 2005, the Asia-Pacific Science and Technology Management (APSTM) Seminar, held for 10 years up to that time, was progressively reformed, and renamed the Asian Science and Technology Seminar (ASTS). This revamped seminar has been newly positioned to engage in more intense discussions of issues selected from among the themes taken up at the "Asian Science and Technology Forum," a gathering likewise commenced from fiscal 2005. JISTEC utilizes the network and experience cultivated through the decade-long activities of the forerunner APSTM Seminar to support the annual convening of the ASTS.
