Mother Child Book "Boshi-techou"

This is a special booklet given by the local health center, in which will be recorded your child's development, check ups and immunization schedule. You can choose to have bilingual copies of the following:
English/Japanese, Korean/Japanese, Chinese/Japanese, Tai/Japanese, Portuguese/Japanese and Tagalog/Japanese.
